“People are so unaware that Medgate has a full theatre to do the necessary procedures. I had an idea years ago that Medgate did the procedure, but was not sure if you still did it. Thus I passed by, walked in and asked. (then found the website later)
One feels super important throughout and that you are not just another moneymaking piece of flesh. One saves up for these procedures, and I can say from the moment I walked in querying the procedure to post op, I felt I have spent my money well.
Perhaps you could send out pricelists and an information email about new services, any specials, I know I would definitely like one!
