Medgate Day Clinic is managed and run by Sister Mabel Schutte with Sisters Petro Jordaan, Adrie van Aswegen and Staff Nurse Linda Botha. The CSSD functions and cleaning are done by Mrs. Francina Molefe and Wilhemina Mpanza. Mrs. Susan Dreyer is responsible for all administrative and accounting functions.
